Easter is Near

With All Fools Day and Easter looming up, the temptation is to offer you a Chocolate Smoked Salmon, but our R & D Department, our Taste Panels and plain old fashioned commonsense have conclusively demonstrated that this is quite definirely a non-runner.

But that still mustn't stop you for ordering your Smoked Organic Salmon Smoked Chicken, Smoked Eel, Smoked Dry Cured Bacon and Organic Gravadlax Now!

We will be shipping all orders for Easter on or before  April 6th, so please get your orders in within the next few days - yes, it's that close!

What about Hippoglossus hippoglossus?

We hear a story of a fellow smoker being required to put the Latin names of the species of fish on the labels. All in the interests of the consumer, I presume!

More details anon (now that's Latin too!)
