Happy Christmas!

Today is the 8^th day that we have had snow and ice at Ummera. This must be a record!

Today is also Budget day here and rather than depress you, and ourselves, with more bad news, we are getting this newsletter out beforehand! But before we begin:

They say bad things come in three's, so with our economic situation hitting world headlines, our political crisis angering the population and thirdly our deep freeze, we are calmly confident that Christmas will happen after all!

Earlier this year we updated our website and it is now working very well and orders are bubbling in.

If you are ordering online then please note that it is important to put the correct information in the Postcode field; if you can't get the order processed, double check that the Postcode is correct and that the Country is also correct. If it is an Irish address, we would advise you to enter the Country first (i.e. Ireland) and then the County field will have the Counties as a drop-down menu. If you do it the otherway round, it get's confused!!

If you do have problems, please contact us, and we can help you resolve any issues, often right away!

With the weather looking as though it will continue cold and frosty until Christmas, we will be hoping that our shipping partners will continue to brave the roads and get the deliveries through to you; however there will be the inevitable delays and we ask your patience and understanding when they occur.
