This Newsletter should have gone out earlier in the week, but teething problems with the "Going Live" process slowed us down! New Website Features

We hope that you will find the website easier to use and easier to get where you want to.

Ordering is simple:

• Register or Log In if already registered.
  If you have changed your email address since registering before, please sign in with your old email address, then change your records in the My Account Page
  If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "password forgotten?" link; you should receive a new password by email; if that fails email us and we will reset it for you.
   
• Click on the Category that you would like to order and select your product
   
• If you have a valid Discount Code make sure that you enter it as you proceed through the steps.
   
• You may have a choice of shipping methods; select the one you prefer.
   
• In the "Add Comments about your Order" field please:

1. Enter the preferred delivery date (not Monday's or Tuesday's please)
2. Enter a daytime contact telephone number for the recipient
3. Enter a brief message that you would like us to send the recipient

• Payment is secure and is handled by Realex Payments.
   
• To translate ummera.com into almost any language, we have included the Google Translate widget.
